The CC-PEEL system characterizes the durability of credit cards, ID cards, gift cards, and other cards by measuring the peeling force of their laminate layers. The tester is designed around a Mark-10 model ESM303 motorized test stand and force gauge, with specially designed fixture to accommodate a 90° peel test. Programmable speed, peak and average force capture, and data output makes this system a dedicated, simple-to-use system for card peeling applications.
